Joey came to us in January, so thin and heartworm positive. Good food and heartworm treatment and we just KNEW we had a great guy! The perfect family for Joey came along and they happily took him into their family. Joey was with his new "Family" at the "Hats and Hounds" fundraiser. He was really enjoying his family. His new Dad said "Can you believe a dog this wonderful would be left at a shelter?" Unfortunately it happens every day. We are so happy to be able to have helped Joey to this happiest of endings. |

Our little Buddy stole the hearts of a wonderful couple! His name was changed to Rudy, and he thinks that is just fine!! As much as his new mom and dad love him, they could call him anything, and it would be fine with him! He also has a feline brother that he gets along with. It doesn't look like mom spoils him much, huh? :) |

Shiloh was so excited to get to his new home! He has his own backyard to play in and a little skinkid to call his own. He gets to go running with his new dad. What a perfect life for this wonderful, sweet boy. Shiloh traveled a rough road to get where he is, and he so deserves this happy time! |

At LaBR, adopting boxers is a family affair. Remember Carni, one of our earlier girls? It seems that the wonderful woman who adopted her has an equally wonderful mother! :) She fell in love with Sadie and has given her a forever home! Sadie gets to sleep in her new mama's room at night, too. Sadie, girl, we couldn't have gotten you a better home if we had searched for years! Congratulations to you and your new mom! |

Sometimes, just being able to connect the right two people will lead to a boxer getting a great home. Emmy's new mama wanted a boxer puppy to love. LaBR knew of a boxer puppy that needed a wonderful forever home. Emmy met her new mama, and the mutual love was instant! What a happy family they make! |
